Performance Overview

Confirmed: re-checked all six model files directly against the live repo (previous pass had only opened three and left the other three as "route confirmed, model not read" — now verified). All six are real, working models. One useful find: items_sold_quantity and thermal_stock_by_category already return data grouped by category server-side — that's closer to buildable than the original gap analysis assumed, though items_sold_quantity only carries unit counts, not KD amounts. The Dashboard tab is a new aggregation view over three of these (Sales Daily, Stock, Transactions & Payment Methods) — it doesn't replace this module.
